World Environment Day Celebrated with Massive Plantation Drive in Riha Juli and Gamani by 134 ETF

Riha Juli/Gamani, June 5: On the occasion of World Environment Day, a large-scale plantation drive was conducted in Reha Juli and Gamani village, bringing together diverse stakeholders committed to environmental conservation.
In Riha Juli, officials from the 134 Ecological Task Force (ETF) & teachers and students of Reha Juli High School, joined hands to plant hundreds of saplings at the village. Students and officials of Ecological Task Force actively participated, spreading awareness about the importance of green cover and ecological balance.
Simultaneously in Village Gamani, officials of 134 ETF, State forest Deptt and Dabur India Ltd. with locals led a similar initiative, reinforcing the role of corporates in sustainable development. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from local residents and volunteers planting more than 5000 fruit bearing trees.
