Union Minister Shri Giriraj Singh inaugurates Integrated Textile & Tourism Centre in Nongpoh; announces New Weavers’ Service Centre for Meghalaya

Union Minister of Textiles, Shri Giriraj Singh, inaugurated the Integrated Textile & Tourism Centre (ITTC) at Nongpoh, Ri Bhoi district, today. He also inaugurated EKTA Meghalaya (Exhibition cum Knowledge Sharing for Textiles Advantage). The Union Minister was accompanied by Union Minister of State for Textiles, Shri Pabitra Margherita, Minister of Textiles, Government of Meghalaya, Shri Metbah Lyngdoh, MLA, Nongpoh Shri Mayralborn Syiem, MLA, Umsning Dr. Celestine Lyngdoh,  senior officials, artisans, weavers and local stakeholders.
