Ramkrishna mission organised workshop on mathematics olympiad from 21st to 25th august 2024

In this programme, 87 students of all the Federer schools of rakrishna mission meghalaya participated and learned the problem solving skills. The resource person was shri alok kumar, mathematics olympiad trainer of new delhi. Also other resource persons like shri Rajdeep Adhyapak, asst teacher, Jail road Boys Higher secondary school, Shri Deiborland Nonsiang, Asst professor NEHU and Stefferson Malngiang of UCC college. The programme was coordinated by Shri sanjeet Kumar Tiwari, asst teacher Ramakrishna Mission H s school, sohra under the guidance of Rev Swami Anuragananda ji maharaj, Secretary, R K mission Ashrama Sohra. In this event, the students learned a new way of solving tricky and competitive problems which will help them to develop keen interest in mathematics and it’s core values.

Also, Ananda Bhaduri of guwahati who recently awarded as Gold medalist international mathematics Olympiad (IMO) was invited to motivate the students in preparing for mathematics olympiad.
